It's about time I introduce myself.

Hi! I'm Jasmine Neely. I am a former NFL cheerleader and current pro dance/pro cheer coach and podcast host! You may have seen me in person or virtually through my Technique Tuesday classes or just on your social feeds giving advice about what it takes to become a pro dancer in the NFL, NBA or NHL.

When I decided to go after my dream of being a pro dancer in the NFL, I didn't know many women who wanted to do the same. I most definitely didn't know anyone who was starting from the outside looking into this pro cheer world. In other words, I was L.O.S.T.

However, I used my resources and was able to meet women along the way, which gave me the opportunity to learn so much about preparation hacks, tricks and tips for the audition.

They say you're most qualified to help the person you used to be, so in other words, I know where you are and this my invitation to help you!

I've coached women and men in classes, through private programs and have witnessed my clients being placed on the team of their dreams (The best feeling for us both, BTW).

I wanted to create a more "at home" atmosphere with this members only group. This is an opportunity to network, learn proper dance technique for your level, learn dance combinations, have a little fun out of your week and leave all your worries at the door.

Q: Who is The Professional Cheerleader Membership for and why should I join?

The Professional Cheerleader Membership is for women who have always wanted to attend my technique Tuesday classes, but never could fit it into their schedules, for the woman who needs a consistent way to train and be held accountable each week, and for the woman who wants to grow in herself and as a dancer with a group of women hyping her up along the way.

Q: Are all the classes virtual?

The first three classes of the month will be virtual and the last class of the month will be in person. This may shift given schedules and holidays have an impact.

Q: What if I can't make the classes?

The recordings of the classes will be available on your portal, so no need to worry about missing material.

Q: What is your refund policy?

Once you commit you are solidified for 6 months of training. There are no refunds.

Q: When does the membership start?

We start on Tuesday, February 13 with the first virtual class, but you can join at any time!
