Our Mission:
We will provide you with the knowledge and skill set to achieve your dream of dancing on a pro or semi-pro cheer or dance team. Our goal is prepare each dancer/cheerleader to perform on a professional level by providing dance prep, fitness, interview/branding prep, appearance prep based on your unique features and a mock audition with real life judges.

Jasmine Neely has 26+ years of performing and studying dance. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill were she performed on the dance team at football and basketball games and competed at the National Dance Association each year. She served as captain her senior year and became an "All-American" through NDA.
Jasmine joined the Carolina Panthers TopCats pro cheer team (NFL) in 2017 where she performed in front of thousands of fans. She became a captain her third year on the team and was awarded Teammate of the Year in 2020. She currently trains women wanting to be pro cheerleaders and helps them on a path to follow their dream.
Janel Joyner is a dynamic dancer, choreographer and coach. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she performed on the dance team for 4 years and served as captain her senior year. She also was on the teaching staff for NDA (National Dance Alliance).
Janel has plenty of experience on the pro level. She was in the Independent Study program at the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater in New York City and upon return to Charlotte, Janel performed for the (then) Charlotte Bobcats dance team in the NBA and coached the UNCC Golddusters dance team. She currently teaches dance and coaches the dance team at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte.

Q: Who is Jas & Janel's Bootcamp for? Should I join?
Jas & Janel's Pro Bootcamp is for everyone who wants a step-by-step approach to achieving your pro cheer and dance goals. We want to get you on the team and will provide you with the tools and people who can help get you there.
Q: Will I get instant access?
You'll sign up now, but we won't begin until February 21. You will get access to the online portion where we will begin uploading important assets for you. If you choose a payment plan you will be charged when you sign up and won't be charged again until February.
Q: I'm busy. Do I have time for this?
We meet twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays. We understand that some days may not work for all, which is why we've added in some virtual elements. We hope you try your best to put 100% effort into the person you want to become even if it means sacrificing some things in the short term for long-term gain.
Q: What is your refund policy?
No refund. You invested in yourself and made a committment. We're investing in you, so let's do this together!
